HI-TECH DIESEL, in order to realize precise and highly complete products, possesses a large number of the latest production equipment. Ultra-precision laser cutting equipment / advanced welding and joining equipment / Precision laser bending and post-processing

HI-TECH DIESEL has excellent technical personnel with expertise and abundant field experience. Centered on its own Corporate Research Institute, it predicts and improves potential structural defects that may occur during the prototype design stage or problems during mass production in advance, thereby fundamentally preventing waste of time and cost.

HI-TECH DIESEL’s greatest competitiveness is that we manufacture optimal prototypes considering final mass production, even with only an idea sketch or 2D/3D drawings. Prototype design and optimization : We conduct drawing review and precision design work reflecting customer requirements. Customized prototype manufacturing : By mobilizing the latest laser, welding, and bending equipment we possess, we quickly manufacture high-quality initial prototypes that are no different from actual mass-produced products. Mass-producibility verification and post-processing : We thoroughly verify the functionality and assemblability of prototypes, and improve the completeness of the exterior through professional post-processing and grinding processes.
